Garlic Cauliflower/Coliflor con queso y ajo


  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • optional: add 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice


DirectionsPreheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a large baking dish with olive oil.Mix the olive oil, garlic and cauliflower in a large bowl, then add salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes, mixing halfway through. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley, and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown. Enjoy!



  • 2 cucharadas ajo picado
  • 3 cucharadas aceite de olive
  • 1 coliflor grande, cortado
  • 2 cucharadas queso parmesano rallado
  • Un poquito de pimiento y sal
  • 1 cucharada de perejil fresco picado
  • 1 cucharada de basilica fresca picada
  • Optativo: 2 cucharaditas de jugo de limon


Preparación: Calentar el horno a 220 centigrados. Untar un pyrex con un poco de aceite de oliva. Mezclar la coliflor, el aceite y el ajo en un fuente grande, y poner en el pyrex. Añadir sal y pimienta. Hornear por 25 minutos, mezclando en la mitad. Cubrir con el queso y el perejil, y hornear en broil para 3-5 minutos, hasta que se dore. ¡Disfrutar!
