Mango Salsa/Salsa de mango



  • 2 mangos, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped or 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

DirectionsMix all ingredients in large bowl and let sit for 30 minutes until ready to serve. We served it with plantain chips, but this salsa can also be served at a meal with meat or fish. Enjoy!

  • ¼ taza pimiento rojo, picada
  • 1 cebolla verde o 1 cebolla roja (pequeña)
  • 2 cucharas cilantro, picado
  • 1 jalapeño pequeño, picado (opcional)
  • 2 cucharas jugo de lima
  • 1 cuchara jugo de limon

Preparación: mezcla todos los ingredientes in un tazón grande 30 minutos antes de servir. Puedes usar esta salsa para carne o pescado también. ¡Disfruta!
