Veggie Wraps/Burritos de verduras

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch collard greens, swiss chard or lettuce
  • Hummus
  • Basil (or cilantro)
  • Mint
  • Carrots, thinly sliced
  • Red pepper, thinly sliced

DirectionsLay one half of a de-veined collard green on a cutting board. Smear some of the hummus on one side, then lay some of the vegetables on the end closest to you. Then, tightly roll it away from you. You can add some hummus at the end to keep the roll together, or use toothpicks. You can cut them into smaller rolls (like sushi) to serve.

Ingredientes:

  • 1 manojo de collard greens,  acelga o lechuga
  • Hummus
  • Basilico/albahaca o cilantro
  • Menta
  • Zanahorias, finamente rebanadas o ralladas
  • Pimienta roja, finamente rebanadas

Manera de hacerse: Embarre hummus a una hoja previamente desvenada de collard greens. Ponga las verduras en un lado y envuelva lo mas apretado que pueda. Se puede añadir un poco de hummus al final, antes de acabarlo de enrollar para que se mantenega enrollado. Puedes cortarlos en rebandas mas chicas (como si fuera sushi) para servir.
