Homemade Pizza/Pizza casera


  • pizza dough
  • low fat mozzarella cheese
  • tomato sauce
  • onions (chopped)
  • garlic (chopped)
  • peppers (chopped)
  • mushrooms (sliced)
  • fresh basil
  • crushed red pepper (optional)

Baking instructions: remove plastic wrap, preheat oven to 450°F and bake pizza 10-15 minutes depending on size, until crust is brown and cheese is golden.



  • masa de pizza
  • queso mozzarella bajo en grasa
  • salsa de tomate
  • cebolla (picada)
  • pimiento (picado)
  • ajo (picado)
  • champiñones (picados)
  • albahaca/basílica fresca
  • chile quebrado (si desea)

Como hacerse: pon la pizza en el horno 10-15 minutos a las 450°F hasta que la masa este cocida y el queso derretido.
